Frequently Asked Questions
Do unused pages carry over to the next month?
No. Page allocations reset at the start of every billing cycle. Unused pages from the current month do not carry forward to the next. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your average monthly volume.
If I select only Table Extraction, why do I get more pages than if I select all three?
When you choose fewer extraction types, the page capacity that would have been allocated to the other types is pooled into your selection. Same plan price — more pages where you actually use them.
What if I need both Table and Form Extraction but not Text?
Simply untick Text on your plan card. Your Table and Form page allocations will automatically increase based on the combined pool. The page counts update live on this page so you can see exactly what you get before subscribing.
What happens if I exceed my page limit?
If you exhaust your monthly allocation, the system will pause extraction and prompt you to top up. You can purchase pre-paid Page Packs (₹350 for 100 pages). These pages never expire and roll over automatically to the next month! There are absolutely no surprise post-billing overages.
How does the free plan work?

What counts as a "page"?
Each page of a PDF or each image counts as one page. A 10-page PDF uses 10 pages from your quota.
Do all extraction modes consume the same amount of pages?
No. Because different documents require different levels of AI processing, your page deduction scales dynamically based on the AI engine you select. Simple, native-digital PDFs use fewer pages from your quota, while extremely complex documents requiring our Advanced Vision AI will use slightly more. The dashboard interface will always explicitly show you the exact page-cost multiplier before you run an extraction.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in your selected currency (₹ or $). You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes! All Indian customers receive a proper GST-compliant invoice for every payment. The invoice is generated automatically and sent to your registered email. 18% GST is charged at checkout as per government regulations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Net banking, Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and wallets for INR payments. International cards are accepted for USD payments via Razorpay.
