At DataMagic, we treat your sensitive documents with the highest level of security. We never train AI models on your data, and our infrastructure is built on world-class AWS architecture.
World-Class Infrastructure
Our platform runs entirely on securely isolated AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure. Your files and extracted data are encrypted both in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption in AWS S3 and our PostgreSQL databases).
AI Data Privacy Guarantee
For Native PDF extraction, your data is processed entirely within our private AWS environments. For Scanned Document modes, we partner exclusively with Mistral AI via their enterprise-grade API with a strict zero-retention policy. Your documents are explicitly opted-out of AI training.
Strict Access Control
We use industry-standard authentication protocols (AWS Cognito & NextAuth). Your data is logically isolated in our database architecture, guaranteeing that no other tenant, user, or employee can access your extraction jobs or uploaded documents.
Ephemeral Processing
Our AI processing takes place in strictly isolated, temporary computing environments via AWS Lambda. Once your document is successfully extracted and the structured data is saved to your private dashboard, the processing environments are immediately destroyed.
Our Commitment to You
We will never sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Public AI models (like ChatGPT or standard Mistral) are strictly forbidden from training on your uploaded documents.
You maintain partial or full control. Deleting a document from your dashboard immediately purges it from our storage servers.
